To celebrate our first anniversary as a registered charity we hosted a Family Fun day at our local community centre!
This event was organised in partnership with Bruce Entertainment and we are very thankful for their effort to support our charity in creating a fun day for all to mark one year of Paige's Musical Butterflies. Tickets included unlimited access to a variety of different bouncy castles and a 100ft inflatable assault course, as well as live music and a DJ with kids entertainment.
All children were also given juice and snacks for the day, while adult entry was free!
We also arranged for some extra add-ons such as nerf shootout, face painting and temporary tattoos. Stalls also provided a large selection of yummy hot food and fairground treats - this was certainly a big hit for children and adults alike!
Wrapping up the day at 4pm, it was wonderful to see families enjoying themselves after we worked hard to arrange a unique and special day in honour of our charity. Plans are already underway for our next big anniversary event and we hope to see you all there!
Big thank you again to Bruce Entertainment for their support, as well as Linton Lane for making their space available - thank you to all our staff and volunteers on the day who assisted in the running of this event, we would not be able to operate as a charity without you all! As usual - all proceeds from this event aid us in purchasing musical instruments and organising music therapy for children and young people on their cancer journey.
